Chief Executive Officer, NGWARES
With over a decade of experience in the premium beverage and hospitality industry, Kelechi is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of NGWARES, a leading Nigerian platform dedicated to premium drinkware, bar tools, and beverage consultancy.
Kelechi began his career in 2014 as Brand Manager for Jägermeister at Brian Munro Limited in Lagos, Nigeria, where he honed his skills in brand building, trade marketing, and consumer engagement within Nigeria’s growing spirits market. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of nightlife culture helped elevate Jägermeister’s on-trade visibility and brand loyalty.
He later joined Red Bull Nigeria as On-Premise Manager, where he led innovative activations, strengthened trade relationships, and executed experiential marketing campaigns that reinforced Red Bull’s dominance in energy beverages.
Building on this success, Kelechi transitioned to AB InBev Nigeria as an Area Sales Manager, overseeing key accounts and driving distribution growth across Lagos. His leadership and results-oriented approach were instrumental in improving market share and operational efficiency in a highly competitive FMCG landscape.
In 2020, driven by a passion for elevating bar service standards and product presentation, Kelechi founded NGWARES — a company that bridges the gap between world-class bar tools, glassware, and professional service training. Under his leadership, NGWARES has become a trusted name among bars, restaurants, and event professionals seeking quality, authenticity, and expertise.
As CEO, Kelechi continues to champion innovation, professional development, and excellence within Nigeria’s beverage and hospitality ecosystem. His mission is to redefine how Nigerians experience and serve premium drinks — from the glass to the guest.
